My daughter had her senior photos taken at Chacko Farms. It was our first time visiting (though I’m sure not our last!), and we hadn’t even heard of it until I was looking for “local flower fields for photos” which is what my daughter requested. We don’t live super close, so we were just going off of other photos & reviews, booked a timeslot, and hoped for the best. Chacko Farms truly felt like a hidden gem, like we happened upon a beautiful, peaceful oasis. It was more than worth the drive. My daughter enjoys flower arranging, so we booked a u-pick timeslot before our photo session so she could take her time selecting flowers to make a bouquet that she incorporated into some of her photos. I definitely recommend checking it out on your own, with a friend, with your family, whatever…it was definitely a beautiful & almost magical feeling backdrop for photos, but even if you just want to pick flowers or spend a little time among the flowers in a quiet & peaceful spot, Chacko Farms is the perfect place!

Watching the sunset while picking beautiful flowers at Chacko Farms is a great way to spend a summer evening! I enjoy bringing some family or friends with me each time and we always appreciate this space.

Take time out of your schedule to spend a little bit of time snipping flowers, noticing the intricacies of the flowers, and watching the chorus of flowers waving together in the field. This is a small flower field. It is more quiet soul refreshing experience rather than a big wowza hoopla. It is peaceful. It is joyful. It is a place you will wish for in the dead of winter! It doesn't really feel like summer until I've visited Chacko Farms. The experience is nothing short of magical. It is my happy place. I've already been twice this year and even though my visits were only a 3 weeks apart, the flowers were totally different which is so fun to see! I would gatekeep this awesome spot but the owners are so LOVELY and welcoming, they deserve all of the success in the world and I love to support them!

Wow! What an amazing experience. From the flower picking to petting the lamas, to the amazing farm owners, it felt like home. We picked the flowers and we enjoyed some shade time under the tree. They have couple of tables and chairs to sit and have a little chat. It did feel like home!
